Kristen Rueb

I am currently a graduate student in the Biological Sciences Department at California State University, Chico. My research experience includes the modification of hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells utilizing CRISPR technology. In addition, I perform laboratory techniques such as RNA and DNA isolation, PCR analysis, cell culture, and molecular cloning.
